On March 4, 2013, OSPIRG sent a Petition for Public Records Order to the Department of Justice in response to a denial from Business Oregon to disclose the Annual Employment Reports for the Strategic Investment Program. On March 1, the Department of Justice gave us an opportunity to respond to an additional justification for supression given by Business Oregon. On March 4, we responded.
