Oregonians are all struggling under high health care costs. Right now, the Governor's Oregon Health Fund Board is building a comprehensive health reform plan, and they need to hear from all of us.

We, the undersigned, are concerned that Oregon's businesses and families are getting squeezed by rising health care premiums and out-of-pocket costs. Let's bring health care solutions to Oregon that help people get quality affordable care.

As part of your plan, please include:

• Ending the practice of denying care because of pre-existing conditions

• Improving access to prevention and primary care

• Strong rules to make sure insurance companies charge reasonable rates

• Limits on the amount spent on marketing and administration

• Investing in proven systems to prevent and treat chronic conditions.
